Inner Healing
At Lūmi·ya, we believe true healing goes beyond physical health—it requires addressing deep-seated emotional wounds. Trauma-informed therapy, or Inner Healing, as we call it, helps individuals explore and heal blockages, stress, and trauma that may have accumulated over time.
This therapeutic approach offers a safe space to uncover the root causes of emotional stress, promoting greater resilience, mental clarity, and physical vitality. With expert guidance, Inner Healing allows you to reconnect with your authentic self and experience lasting transformation.
RUMI
"The wound is the place where the light enters you."
Inner Healing, or trauma-informed therapy, goes beyond typical emotional support by addressing the underlying impacts of past trauma on the body and mind. It is designed to:
-
Identify and Release Deep-Seated Trauma: Explore how unresolved trauma manifests in your current emotional, physical, and relational challenges
. -
Heal Through a Relational Approach: Work within a safe, supportive space where you can process emotions in the context of relationships, allowing for healing in the present rather than focusing solely on the past.
-
Reconnect with Your Authentic Self: Through guided exploration, uncover how trauma has shaped your identity and help you restore a sense of self, self-worth, and agency.
-
Restore Emotional Regulation: Develop awareness of the body's responses to stress and trauma, and learn to regulate emotions and build resilience against future stressors.
With Inner Healing at Lūmi·ya, you'll embark on a healing journey that addresses both the emotional and physical effects of trauma, empowering you to move forward with clarity, strength, and lasting transformation.
