Erin views mindfulness as a transformative practice that can help people reconnect with their inner selves, navigate challenges with grace, and build emotional resilience. Her approach is gentle yet impactful, meeting each client where they are and guiding them toward sustainable inner balance.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

 

Erin holds an MSc in Studies in Mindfulness from the University of Aberdeen and is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher through UCSD’s Centers for Integrative Health. Over the past decade, she has worked with more than 100 organizations worldwide, bringing mindfulness into the workplace through tailored workshops and initiatives.

 

She is also the founder of Take A Pause, an online mindfulness community that supports individuals in integrating mindfulness into their daily lives.

Notable Achievements

Personal Story & Journey

 

After years of climbing the corporate ladder, Erin faced severe burnout that left her questioning the pace and priorities of her life. A spontaneous decision to attend a meditation retreat in Taiwan became a turning point, sparking a deep personal and professional transformation.

 

Over the next few years, she immersed herself in mindfulness studies, leaving her corporate career behind to focus on helping others create space for self-discovery and healing.

A Personal Note

 

Erin thrives on quiet mornings with a cup of green tea, long walks by the beach, and connecting with her mindfulness community. She also has a passion for poetry, often weaving reflective writing into her workshops.
