Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness Coaching at Lūmi·ya offers personalized guidance to cultivate presence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. Through one-on-one sessions, our mindfulness coach helps clients develop practices that reduce stress, enhance focus, and improve overall well-being.

Techniques such as meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement are tailored to each individual’s needs, supporting both mental and physical health. This approach not only complements other wellness treatments but also empowers clients to lead more balanced, intentional lives, fostering a deeper connection to themselves and their environment.

How Mindfulness Can Transform Your Wellbeing

Mindfulness is more than just a relaxation technique; it’s a powerful practice that nurtures both mind and body by:

  • Cultivating Awareness: Develop the ability to stay present, helping you respond to life’s challenges with clarity instead of reactivity.

  • Reducing Stress: Shift your nervous system from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest,” promoting calm and balance.

  • Enhancing Emotional Resilience: Build inner strength to navigate emotions with compassion and ease.

  • Supporting Holistic Health: Foster connections between your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing for true whole-body healing.

Through mindfulness, you gain the tools to reconnect with yourself, find peace in the present moment, and create a foundation for lasting wellness.

Niàn

What does it mean to be alive?

We often move through life on autopilot, mindlessly trudging along and allowing unhelpful patterns to govern the way we live. When we learn to be mindful, we begin to pay attention to what no longer works for us, and to what supports and nourishes us instead. In each moment of being mindful, we see that life is giving us another chance to live again, and each time more skillfully and wisely.

A coaching program led by Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee, The Niàn Life serves to remind us that we can live better. A practice of keeping our heart and mind present, Niàn is both a philosophy and a way of life. A life with Niàn is one that is initiated with thoughtful intention, lived with mindful awareness, and approached with agility and wisdom.

Based on a “Learn as you Live, and Live as you Learn” system, the Niàn Life teaches us that the most valuable lessons we learn are presented to us through life, and in bravely embracing the vicissitudes of life, we discover renewed ways of living.

The Niàn Life Program

The Niàn Life program features personalised guidance based on your situation and needs, the flexibility of learning at a pace you are comfortable with, as well as sustained support from Erin, who is also your accountability partner.

Each coaching session lasts 1-1.5 hours, and typically encompasses experiential mindfulness practices, inquiry into practice experience, reflective or contemplative exercises, and discussions on integration of knowledge and skills with daily life.

As you commit to cultivating a more mindful way of living, the effectiveness of the coaching program shines through in the way you are living from day to day. With consistent practice, it is not uncommon to witness positive changes over time, including better sleep, healthier eating and living habits, a more energised body and nourished mind, more moments of calm and quicker recovery from stress, clarity in decision-making, improved relationships, and finding greater joy and meaning in life.
